Help Name My Baby Girl....

We have discovered that this beautiful baby girl has not only been abandoned by her Momma, but the poor little girl is also blind!! She was born on Wednesday, January 7th, 2009. (You can read her birthing story in an earlier post called: "Calf, Bulldozer, & Me....What do these things have in common?").

I have adopted her and plan on doing some training with her so she can get out of the pen and be able to graze as she needs to just as soon as I possibly can. But in the meantime, the precious girl is in need of a name befitting her and I am having a difficult time coming up with one, so I put together this mini movie and am asking for any and all suggestions from everyone.

Put your suggestions in the comments and I will give them all consideration, and I will then let everyone know which one I picked for this beautiful, precious gift!!

Thank You All & God Bless!!

Oh, she is so cute! years ago we had two bull calves we raised. They were a hand full, but we enjoyed every minute. What are you going to do with her? I mean as she grows up? Is she totally blind? Are those blue eyes? How abut "Bluebell"? or Blue Bell...?

Blessings

She is just too cute isn't she?
I plan on putting a bridle on her and training her to walk behind me and outside the pen so she can graze on hay and grass as she should. But all in all, she will be my pet/mascot.

Yes, she is totally blind unfortunately, but we will bring the gift out from it for her!!

Good Suggestions Michele...I like those and will keep those in mind.

My hubby wants to name her Ray-char because of Ray Charles....he's so silly. hahahahaha.

Thanks Michele and God Bless!

Oh Marla,
What a beautiful story you shared and vividly as well plus you brought back so many happy childhood memories for me. Those being growing up and visiting my grandparents ranch. I have seen this many a time that you experienced and each time it is a wonderful thing although never seeing one with "limited abilities".

I would call this adorable calf-- Lil' Angel. As she is an angel on earth awaiting the chance to grow her wings.

She'll do very well on a bridle and will follow you in all that you do. YOU both will have many laughs together.

Be blessed, Belle

Thank you so much for your suggestion, as well as allowing me to post such an Odd Request there on HOPE, but I am so very glad I did!
You ladies are incredible, and I feel very blessed to call you 'friends'!!

Much Love & Respect to you ALL!

hahahahaha Coach A., you are so funny! But that is my problem....I just can't seem to put my finger on just one. Because of course I have come up with some of my own that haven't been mentioned yet, although none of them are anywhere close to as good as ALL these here!!

But, I will announce her new name this week, just as soon as she tells me which one on the list I read to her she likes....hahahahaha

Thank you for the suggestion of Hope Coach A. You are right, her whole life so far has been about HOPE, hope her momma doesn't kill her, hope the coyotes don't get her, hope she gets through the night, hope she can stand on her own, All about HOPE!!
I really like that!! Thank You!!

God Bless!
